| Description: | WO# 10158, 6" Plungers, 4.95:1 gear ratio. Packaged with Detroit 8V-92T engine and transmission. 5V 14"/24" Final Belt Drive. 617 gpm @ 1061 psi at 210 rpm. PUMP OVERVIEW: Pump was manufactured in the 1980's, well built pump, gravity lubricated, power end parts are not readily available but can be found through Power Zone Equipment, most fluid end expendables readily available, rated 400hp, 600gpm @ 770psi or 500gpm @ 950psi, limited by engine power. PUMP CONDITION: Pump reconditioned by Power Zone in September 2008, inspected power end and determined to be in good runnable condition, changed parts and repaired as necessary, converted fluid end to mud type valves, resurfaced plungers and replaced all packing and expendables in fluid end, tested extensively, 20 hours of run time since this work was performed. ENGINE OVERVIEW: Detroit 8V92T with large industrial radiator for stationary use, mechanical controls, rated 400hp at sea level, common engine, parts and service readily available. ENGINE CONDITION: Engine was underpowered when first unitized, Power Zone rebuilt the top end of the engine, piston rings and liners replaced or resurfaced, overhead adjusted, fully serviced and determined to be in excellent running condition, crank shaft was not reworked, tested to approx 340hp, 20 hours run time since partial rebuild. TRANSMISSION: Good used Rockwell RH9125 10-speed manual transmission, all gears are available, air actuated clutch. GEAR REDUCER: Integrated inside pump, gears in good used condition, 4.95:1 ratio DRIVE LINE: 1810 series driveshaft to pillow block mounted jack shaft, then 2:1 ratio belt drive to pump, with safety guards. CHARGE PUMP: Reconditioned MCM centrifugal pump, direct driven from jackshaft, coupler can be removed quickly to disengage charge pump. RELIEF VALVE: Reconditioned Oteco shear type, 3" outlet to atmosphere. Mud Gauge: New Oteco mud gauge, 0-3000psi. SUCTION STABILIZER: Rebuilt Larkin bladder type 6" dampener, flanged. DISCHARGE DAMPENER: None PLUNGER LUBRICATION: Rebuilt 3-pump force feed plunger lubricator, belt driven off of pinion shaft, stainless steel lines to drip nozzles on plunger behind packing. FUEL TANK: Steel fabricated, 130 gallon, with cleanouts. TOOL BOXES: (1) steel fabricated, 30x36x16 VALVES: 6" wafer butterfly valves on suction connections, no valves on discharge. CONTROLS: Murphy analog control panel, air clutch, low oil pressure switch, water temp gauge, ammeter, tachometer, keyed ignition, mechanical throttle cable, mechanical emergency shutoff. SKID: Heavy duty steel, 8x20, with headache rack, treaded deck, 2 rail. |
