Pump OVERVIEW: Pump was built in April 1985, very well built pump, pressure lubricated, power end parts are 95% interchangeable with National 622T-8 and are mostly available from NOV or aftermarket through Power Zone Equipment, most fluid end expendables readily available, rated 450hp. 760gpm @ 920psi full pump rating.
PUMP CONDITION: Pump comptetely rebuilt by Power Zone in September 2007, replaced all bearings, replaced pins and bushings, resurfaced crossheads and bores, rebuilt crankshaft, inspected and cleaned gears, resleeved stuffing boxes, replaced pony rods, replaced all seals and gaskets, resurfaced plungers, replaced lubrication system, converted fluid end to mud type valves, tested extensively, rented out on three occasions, approx 900 hours of run time since rebuild, routine maintenance and expendable replacement has been performed several times during rental periods.
ENGINE OVERVIEW: Cat 3406C power unit with large industrial radiator for stationary use, air controls, rated 460hp, common engine, parts and service readily available.
ENGINE CONDITION: Engine is in excellent running condition, purchased as a low hour power unit, fully serviced and reworded controls, tested to 450hp, approx 1380 hours of run time since new. Engine starts and runs exceptionally well.
TRANSMISSION: Rebuilt Eaton Fuller RT-16710B 10-speed manual transmission with #1 bell housing, air actuated clutch. Ratios: Tenth 1.00, ninth 1.34, eighth 1.83, seventh 2.46, sixth 3.31, fifth 4.46, fourth 6.0, third 8.17, second 11.00, first 14.78.
GEAR REDUCER: Mounted on side of pump case, gears in excellent condition, 4.762:1 ratio.
DRIVE LINE: 1810 series driveshaft directly to pinion shaft of gear reducer, with safety guard.
CHARGE PUMP: None
RELIEF VALVE: New Oteco shear type, 2" outlet back to suction with check valve.
MUD GAUGE: New Oteco mud gauge, 0-3000psi
SUCTION STABILIZER: Large zero-maintenance accumulator vessel
DISCHARGE DAMPENER: Rebuilt Greer bladder type flanged dampener
PLUNGER LUBRICATION: New 3-pump force feed plunger lubricator, belt driven off of pinion shaft, stainless steel lines to stuffing boxes.
FUEL TANK: Steel fabricated, 200gallon, with cleanouts.
VALVES: No valves on suction connections, 4" flanged check valve on discharge.
CONTROLS: Murphy analog control panel, air clutch, low oil pressure switch, water temp gauge, ammeter, tachometer, keyed ignition, air actuated throttle cable, pump lubrication pressure switchgauge.
SKID: Heavy duty steel, 8x20, with headache rack, treaded deck, 2 rail. |
